How do I remove Gel Polish or Builder Gel?Updated 7 days ago
Olive & June gel polish and builder gel are designed for easy removal when you follow the recommended method. The best method depends on whether you used our Peel-Off Base Coat.
If you used Peel-Off Base Coat, you can gently peel off your manicure in seconds - use a cuticle pusher to lift around the edges of the nail, and once the edges are loose, gently peel off the gel. When Peel-Off Base Coat was applied correctly, no soaking is needed; remove gently without forcing the gel. This works for both gel polish and builder gel.
If you didn't use Peel-Off Base Coat, use our Salon Speed Soak Off System for quick, effective removal - lightly file down the gel to remove shine, soak nails using the system, gently wipe away softened gel and re-soak if needed. Never force gel off to protect your natural nails.
